Item 7.01	Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 1, 2019, AK Steel Corporation issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit No. 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, announcing that members of the United Steel Workers (USW), Local 9545, have ratified a three year labor agreement covering about 220 hourly production and maintenance employees at the company’s Mountain State Carbon (MSC) cokemaking plant in Follansbee, West Virginia.
