Aimco Announces Quarterly Common Dividend of $0.36 Per Share

Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco") (NYSE: AIV) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.36 per share of Class A Common Stock for the quarter ended March 31, 2017, an increase of 9% compared to the dividend for the first quarter 2016. This dividend is payable on May 31, 2017, to stockholders of record on May 19, 2017.
