Aimco Announces Lynn Stanfield Promotion

Aimco announced today that Lynn Stanfield, Senior Vice President, has added Aimco Strategy to her portfolio of responsibilities. Ms. Stanfield, a 16-year Aimco veteran, is already responsible for Tax, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investor Relations, and Asset Management.

Since joining Aimco, she has held titles with increasing responsibilities, including Vice President -Tax and Senior Vice President -Tax. Ms. Stanfield took responsibility for Asset Management and Financial Planning & Analysis in 2015 and added Investor Relations in 2016. Prior to joining Aimco, Ms. Stanfield was engaged in public accounting at Ernst & Young with a focus on partnership and real estate clients and served as Assistant Professor of Accounting at Erskine College.
