Aspen Declares First Quarterly Dividend 


HAMILTON, Bermuda, March 12  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aspen Insurance Holdings
Limited  today announced that its Board of Directors has declared its initial
quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share payable on March 31, 2004 to
shareholders of record at the close of business on March 23, 2004.
