      (NYSE:AHL) today announced that Oliver Peterken, Chief Risk Officer, 
      will be a featured speaker at a special Political Capital briefing at 
      Willis’ London head office on Thursday, May 8, 
      2008. The event, which Willis is holding to mark the opening of their 
      new headquarters, brings together high profile speakers on EU regulatory 
      reform and Enterprise Risk Management. Oliver’s 
      talk is titled “Could Regulatory Reliance on 
      ERM Models Heighten Systemic Risk?”
    
    
      Joining Oliver Peterken on the dais will be Karel van Hulle, head of the 
      European Commission’s Pensions and Insurance 
      Unit, who will address Solvency II and its impact on the insurance
