Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. Announces Increased Quarterly Distribution

Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. (NYSE: APL) (“Atlas Pipeline” or the “Partnership”) reported today that it has declared a quarterly cash distribution for the first quarter of 2011 of $0.40 per common limited partner unit, payable Friday, May 13, 2011 to holders of record as of Friday, May 6, 2011. The first quarter distribution of $0.40 per limited common unit is an increase of 8.1% from the $0.37 per limited common unit distribution paid previously for the fourth quarter of 2010.
