DUBLIN, July 19, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Allergan plc (NYSE: AGN) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.74 per ordinary share for the third quarter of 2019. The dividend will be paid on September 13, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 13, 2019.
