According to our latest records, we have not yet received your proxy in connection with the important special meeting of shareholders of Feihe International, Inc. to be held at 10:30 a.m. (Beijing time) on June 26, 2013 to consider the proposed merger agreement described in the proxy materials. A fter careful consideration and acting on the unanimous recommendation of a special committee comprised entirely of independent directors, your board of directors recommends that you vote FOR the proposed merger agreement.

 

Since approval of the merger agreement requires the affirmative vote of both (a) shareholders holding at least a majority of the shares of our common stock outstanding at the close of business on the record date, and (b) shareholders (other than members of the buyer group) holding at least a majority of the outstanding shares (other than the Rollover Shares) , your vote is very important.
