Ahold Delhaize share buyback update

Zaandam, the Netherlands, January 17, 2017 - Ahold Delhaize repurchased 1,066,619 of Ahold Delhaize common shares in the period from January 9, 2017 up to and including January 13 2017. The shares were repurchased at an average price of €19.5860 per share for a total consideration of € 20.9 million. These repurchases were made as part of the €1 billion share buyback program announced on December 7, 2016.

 

The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 1,066,619 common shares for a total consideration of €20.9 million.
