Salesforce.com Unveils Additional Details of Dreamforce 2009, The Cloud Computing Event of the Year

Speakers from industry leaders including Adobe, Google and Twitter to join Marc Benioff on stage Thousands to attend Dreamforce in person, and major events to be webcast live on salesforce.com's investor relations website


SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 13  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM), the enterprise cloud computing company, today unveiled further details of Dreamforce 2009, salesforce.com's user and developer conference, at Moscone Center in San Francisco from November 17-20, 2009.  Newly announced guest keynote presenters include industry leaders from companies like Adobe, Google and Twitter, making Dreamforce the place to learn about the cloud computing industry.  While thousands of people from around the world will attend Dreamforce in person, the keynotes will also be webcast live on salesforce.com's investor relations website. During the morning keynote on November 18th, Marc Benioff, chairman and CEO of salesforce.com will be joined by special guest Jason Goldman, Director of Products at Twitter.  And in the November 19th morning keynote, Benioff will be joined by Shantanu Narayen, president and chief executive officer at Adobe Systems Incorporated and Dave Girouard, president of enterprise at Google. As previously announced, the afternoon keynote on November 19th will feature former Secretary of State General Colin Powell (ret.).

The industry's largest cloud computing event, Dreamforce 2009 is salesforce.com's seventh annual user and developer conference. The event is focused on inspiring customer, partner and developer success with the Sales Cloud, the Service Cloud and the Custom Cloud. More than 12,000 attendees are expected to participate in more than 300 sessions and engage with more than 200 partner sponsors.  Attendees will learn how to maximize their current investments and explore new offerings across Salesforce CRM applications, the Force.com platform, the AppExchange and more. In addition, they will meet with salesforce.com product teams, hear from more than 300 expert users at leading customer and partner companies, get hands-on training, and learn best practices and strategies for generating success with cloud computing.
