underserved tween market, ages 10-14. ZKid Network Co. will be offering

their favorite artists and actors, and downloadable music of new and extremely
hip unsigned artists. Also ZKid Network Co. plans to be a lifestyle destination
channel on the internet for this age group, featuring the hippest trends in
