ZKid Network Co. Signs Marketing and Content Agreement With Club Libby Lu, a Division of Saks Inc.

CHICAGO, Dec. 20  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ZKid Network Co. (OTC:ZKID) (BULLETIN BOARD: ZKID)  on Friday, Dec. 16, 2005 signed a contract to provide cool hip digital content to Club Libby Lu, a division of Saks Inc. ZKid Network Co. through its alliance with Clubbin TV.Com will provide celebrity interviews, audio and video content, as well as streaming video onto the Club Libby Lu website and in-store computer kiosks. Club Libby Lu caters to the powerful tween and girl market ages 5-13. ZKid Network Co. will also develop a promotional jingle for Club Libby Lu. ZKid Network Co. will deliver to Club Libby Lu a once a month e-mail to the age appropriate data base of Clubbin TV.Com promoting services, events and products of Club Libby Lu. Also, ZKid will get celebrity mention of the Club Libby Lu website and product in its celebrity interviews. ZKid Network Co. will receive $54,000.00 as compensation for providing these services to Club Libby over a 6 month time period. The contract calls for services to extend from December of 2005 through May, 2006. The contract can be extended by mutual agreement of both parties.
