Y3K and Fox Communications Enter Phase Two of Joint Operating Agreement
Steering Committee Formed to Manage Full Joint Operations
SEATTLE, Dec. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Y3K Secure Enterprise Software, Inc.,
(OTC/BB: YTHK), a leading provider of Secure Communication and Enterprise
Software Systems and Solutions, announced today the completion of Phase One of
the Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) with Fox Communications and the beginning of
Phase Two.
As outlined in Phase One of the JOA, Y3K and Fox Communications reached the
following benchmarks: The identification and bundling of key products and
services to create a competitive edge in the marketplace, research and
development of secure unified end-to-end communication solutions, the launch of
Ecuity Home for the consumer market and support for a phased nation-wide
roll-out. Y3K and Fox have now entered Phase Two with the formation of a
steering committee consisting of top management and consultants from both
companies. The steering committee will drive the integration of full joint
development and marketing operations for their emerging line of secure
communication solutions for the consumer and small to medium size business
markets.
