Inc., (OTC/BB: YTHK), an end-to-end unified communications and technologies
company serving the small to medium business and residential market, announced
today that the Securities and Exchange Commission had declared its Form SB-2
Registration Statement effective as of 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on   May
14, 2004. The registration statement relates to the resale by selling security
holders of its common stock, including shares issued to Cornell Capital
Partners, L.P under its $20,000,000 Standby Equity Distribution Agreement with
Cornell. The Company will not receive any proceeds directly from the resale of
the Common Stock.
