Ecuity announces new trading symbol and CUSIP number 


BELLEVUE, WA, June 22  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ecuity Inc., (OTC BB:
ECUI.OB), an end-to-end unified communications and technologies company serving
the small-to-medium business and residential markets, today said that its
trading symbol has changed to OTCBB: ECUI.OB from OTC BB: YTHK.OB. As a result
of the Company's recent introduction of the Ecuity name, it has also adopted a
new CUSIP number. The new CUSIP number is 27928J-10-0.

The Company on June 3 announced it was changing its name from Y3K Secure
Enterprise Software Inc. to Ecuity Inc. to reflect its new leadership role in
the convergence of secure next-generation voice communications and data
technology. Ecuity is based on the root word "cuit," which means "clear world
vision." Ecuity uses innovation, scalability and a cost-effective approach to
provide flexible communications services that will allow small and medium size
businesses the freedom to work smart.
