an end-to-end unified communications and technologies company serving the small

new members to its technology team-Carlos Justiniano and Zhiling Qiu.
Justiniano and Qui will be reunited with Cedric Griss, who has been a full time
consultant to Ecuity doing contract software engineering and development.

designed and developed Ecuity's ICS secure Collaborative Communication
Platform.
The ICS Collaborative Communication Platform is a core technology of Ecuity
that facilitates secure, private, confidential instant messaging, email and

Salt Lake City-based Karunga Technologies Corp. when all three were at Karunga.
In February, Ecuity entered into an agreement to purchase the underlying
technology for the ICS platform from Karunga Technologies.
Griss, Justiniano and Qiu will form the core software development team at
Ecuity. Their initial efforts will be to extend the features and functionality
of the ICS platform and complete development of a new secure data
backup/archive and retrieval software program built around ICS. They will work
closely with current Vice President of Technology for Ecuity Advanced
Communications, Jon Schnelz, to unify the ICS technology with the VoIP
solutions. Mr. Schnelz is the main architect of Ecuity's Voice over IP (VoIP)
