Len Gee Joins Terabeam Wireless as Senior Vice President of Sales; Terabeam Wireless with Mr. Gee to Participate in WCA 2005

Terabeam Wireless, the business name of YDI Wireless,
Inc. (NASDAQ:YDIW), a leading developer and supplier of broadband
wireless solutions, today announced that Len Gee has joined Terabeam
Wireless as its Senior Vice President of Sales for its equipment
business. Mr. Gee reports to Tom Bennett, the President and Chief
Operating Officer of Terabeam Wireless.
   Mr. Gee brings 25 years of experience in the telecommunications
industry focused on sales and marketing of manufactured products,
networks and telecom/datacom solutions, and related services. He has
key experience in sales of infrastructure equipment for cellular,
telecom, carrier, and enterprise markets in both telephony and
broadband, domestically as well as internationally.
   Most recently, Mr. Gee was Vice President - Government Sales for
Alvarion Inc. He was Managing Director - Americas, Cellular
Communications Infrastructure Sales for interWAVE Communications from
July 2001 until Alvarion acquired interWAVE in December 2004. From
1997 to June 2001, he was Sector Vice President, Broadband Wireless
Infrastructure Sales for Wireless, Inc., a company he helped co-found.
Prior to that, he held sales and sales management positions at both
Digital Microwave Corporation (now known as Stratex Networks Inc.) and
NEC America.
   Mr. Gee stated, "I am as energized as ever after 25 years in this

resulted in the widest portfolio of broadband wireless networking

D.C. from June 28, 2005 to July 1, 2005. Terabeam welcomes all
