telecommunications provider to the Seattle Mariners.  In addition, XO is the
new naming sponsor of Safeco Field's Diamond Club, a premium seating section

Under the terms of the agreement, XO Communications will provide local voice,
long distance voice and data services for Mariners Front Office operations at
Safeco Field, all eight Mariners Team Stores, and the team's spring training
complex in Peoria, Arizona.
