World Wide Web, Inc. Merger Candidate Chirp Technologies, Receives 60,000 Unit Order LAS VEGAS, April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- World Wide Web, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: WWWB) today announced that Chirp Technologies, Inc., its planned merger partner, has received a 60,000 unit order for Chirp's VTU-100 tracking unit, from Payment Protection Systems of Temecula, California. "Chirp's VTU-100 units provide efficiency in tracking autos at a fraction of competitor's costs. Our price point opens the entire new and used auto market for tracking. We expect to have an immediate impact in this value oriented market, and it appears that Payment Protection Systems agrees with us. PPS has a direct and indirect sales force of over 350 people calling on auto dealers and financial institutions on a daily basis. This is our exact marketplace, and PPS has a great deal of experience, a track record and good reputation within that market," stated Mark Allen, President of Chirp Technologies. Chirp Technologies is focused on the logistics and asset location service providing inexpensive location and reporting on mobile assets in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Chirp's business model largely resembles the cellular phone market. Its VTU-100 units will be installed in autos, at the dealer level, to provide a constant revenue stream for a period of time that mirrors the term of the underlying loan for that auto.
