A description of the common stock, $0.001 par value per share, of Westwater Resources, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Registrant”), to be registered hereunder is set forth under the caption “Description of Common Stock” contained in Exhibit 4.1 to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2020, and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
