Item 7.01  Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 26, 2018, Westwater Resources, Inc. (the “ Company ” ) issued a press release announcing the availability of an updated business plan for the Company’s graphite business on the Company’s investor relations website, www.westwaterresources.net/investors. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1. In addition, the Company posted an updated investor presentation on the Company’s investor relations website.
