On February 22, 2013, The Wet Seal, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that effective Monday, February 25, 2013, the Company will change its ticker symbol on the NASDAQ Global Select Market from “WTSLA” to “WTSL.” A copy of the Company's press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
