This Current Report on Form 8-K/A is being filed to amend the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Waitr Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) on May 7, 2020 solely to include certain information under Item 8.01.

On May 7, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing its first quarter 2020 financial results and a business update for the Company (the “Press Release”).
