Item 5.02       Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Effective January 1, 2009, Stephen J. Russo was named President of Westaff, Inc. and its subsidiaries, in addition to his position as Chief Operating Officer.  Michael T. Willis will remain as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.
