Item 5.02.	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 22, 2017, Sean D. Carney submitted his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of Wright Medical Group N.V. (the “Company”), effective April 30, 2017. Mr. Carney’s decision to resign as a member of the Board of Directors did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
