Weight Loss Forever Franchisee to Open Fourth Location 


HEATHROW, Fla., May 10  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Weight Loss Forever
International, Inc.  (BULLETIN BOARD: WLFI)  announced today that an agreement
for a new Weight Loss Forever clinic has been signed by one of its leading
franchisees. The new clinic, to be located in Mount Airy, North Carolina, will
be the fourth franchise owned by Ms. Toni Webster. The agreement will increase
the number of Weight Loss Forever clinics to twenty (20) with several
additional franchises currently being discussed.

Ms. Webster, who started her career as a Weight Loss Forever counselor in 1995,
was awarded "Outstanding Clinic Director" at the company's recent convention in
Virginia Beach. In explaining her decision, Webster said, "I've witnessed first
hand the huge shift in the public's awareness of weight loss and weight
management this past year. I am so proud of my staff, their dedication and
expertise that expanding was an easy choice to make. Four locations is the
half-way mark in my own expansion plan!"
