'Milestone' Contract Opens WLFI to 5 Million New Prospects 


HEATHROW, Fla., May 18  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Weight Loss Forever
International  (BULLETIN BOARD: WLFI) , announced today that its Beverly Hills
Weight Loss & Wellness(R) division has signed a Platinum Area Developer
agreement that will give the company its first significant presence in the
Western U.S.  The agreement signed with National Franchise Center, LLC for
Maricopa County, Arizona includes the cities of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa and
Tucson. The four metro-areas have a combined population of over six (6) million
people immediately exposing the company to one of the most significant markets
in the U.S.

had numerous interviews for this territory but decided we needed the right
player with experience, financial backing and a 'get it done now' attitude." 
The agreement for the Arizona territory is one of several that have been
pending final discussions and contract details. WLFI expects additional new
"Platinum Area Development" agreements to be forthcoming.

U.S. We intend to fully capitalize on the success and attitude that having a
name like Beverly Hills brings to this market."

The "WLFI Platinum Area Developer" agreement entitles qualified investors to
significant financial incentives, funding resources and franchise privileges
more broad than typical area development agreement. The entitlements are
contingent upon opening numerous franchises simultaneously according to a rigid
timetable that dictates the area developer must open a minimum of twenty (20)
units in a five-year period.
