present in the Solutions Showcase occurring during this week’s
BAI Retail Delivery Conference & Expo in Las Vegas.
The session entitled “What Call
Center Workforce Optimization Brings to Financial Services Will Change
Branch Management Forever” is scheduled to
take place in Theater 3 on Thursday, November 16 at 11:50 a.m. PT in
the Exhibit Hall. During the showcase, Demos will explore new methods to
address old challenges – including examining
how call center technology can optimize workflow, performance and
customer satisfaction in today’s retail branch
banking operations.
