first North American version of the new E-Cobra at Newly Acquired Manufacturing

today, in response to a recent bilateral production deal with China's Geely
Corporation (http://www.geely.com/) a North American production facility is now
underway to meet market demands for their highly acclaimed lithium-Ion vehicles
and products.

The inaugural unveiling of the E-Cobra will take place on National television
during a taping of the MONEYTV (http://www.moneytv.net/) on Thursday June 3,
2004. This vehicle will be Whistler Investments first large scale internally
produced vehicle.

ability to manufacture vehicles in large volume we are now truly able to start
meeting the demand for our revolutionary lithium-ion products. This year we
anticipate opening several production plants. Our products have already

of record high oil prices and record output of Global warming carbon emissions

To meet early adapters and public demand for the new E-Cobra urban vehicle, a
direct marketing campaign is underway and a consumer-direct website program is
scheduled for launch within 30 days. Our website program will allow purchase,
vehicle adaptation and shipping all via the Internet.

The E-Cobra Bike features a top speed of 60 MPH and a range of 60 miles for
over 1,000 charges. Its speed and range are twice that of our nearest
competitor; the 1000-charge life of the battery triples our nearest competitor.
All this for the same price! Higher, 90 and 120 mile, ranges will also be
available as additional options.
