  GEELY CORP OF CHINA - E-COBRA URBAN VEHICLE PRODUCTION BEGINS

Geely Corporation of China and Whistler Investments, Inc. is slated to begin
production of their radically new E-Cobra Urban Vehicle at Whistler's
manufacturing facility in Van Nuys, CA. The new facility will produce the
cutting-edge, Lithium-powered scooter for both international and US markets.

  UNITED STATES NAVAL CONVERSION PROJECT - VEHICLE BEGINS NAVAL TESTING

The highly technical conversion project for the United States Navy was
delivered to the Navy's Florida-based testing facility in June. The vehicle is
currently undergoing extensive certification and testing by naval officials.

The R-Car has been a featured star at major industry trade shows throughout the

journalists to begin testing the R-Car for a feature in the 'Wheels' section of
the newspaper.

  BRITISH EMBASSY, MEXICO CITY TO RECEIVE OFFICIAL 'EMBASSY VEHICLE'

Whistler Investments announced the execution of a formal agreement between
R-Electric Car and the British Embassy, Mexico City, Mexico. Under the
agreement terms, Whistler and R-Electric Car Co. will present Embassy officials
with the world's first Lithium-powered 'Embassy Vehicle'. Whistler executives
and Embassy officials agreed to make the Mini-Cooper (BMW AG) the official
'Embassy Vehicle'.

  AUSTIN ENERGY - PT CRUISER CONVERSION PROJECT

The PT Cruiser Conversation Project for Austin Energy and the City of Austin,
TX is now underway. The PT Cruiser is currently undergoing conversion and a
delivery date is anticipated for Q4. The PT Cruiser Conversion will demonstrate
our advanced Lithium technology and its application functionality within the
municipal setting.
