Washington Group International Donates $25,000 for Math/Science Scholarships

BOISE, Idaho, Sept. 20  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Recognizing that tomorrow's engineers and scientists must come from today's high school students, Washington Group International (NASDAQ:WGII) announced today a $25,000 contribution to the Mike Crapo Math and Science Scholarship Fund.

The endowment fund, established in 2004 by Idaho Senator Mike Crapo, provides scholarships to Idaho students who pursue math or science degrees at Idaho universities.  The Idaho Community Foundation manages the fund.
