Willow Grove Bancorp, Inc. Announces Second Quarter Dividend

MAPLE GLEN, Pa., Feb. 1  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Willow Grove Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ:WGBC), the holding company for Willow Grove Bank (the "Bank"), announced that its Board of Directors, at its January 24, 2006 meeting, declared a $0.12 cash dividend on each share of common stock of the Company, payable on February 17, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 3, 2006.

In a release dated January 19, 2006, the Company announced that it will host a conference call on Tuesday, February 7, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. eastern time to discuss second quarter fiscal 2006 results, followed by a brief question and answer session.
