Westbank Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass., Oct. 2  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Westbank Corporation (NASDAQ:WBKC) announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share to shareholders of record on October 12, 2006 and payable on October 20, 2006.
