Item 7.01			Regulation FD Disclosure

Vidler Water Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release on April 21, 2022, announcing, Clark County District Judge Bita Yeager issued her Decision in the Eighth Judicial District Court Consolidated Case No. A-20-816761-C which granted the petition for judicial review of the Nevada State Engineer’s Order 1309.
