On June 19, 2009, Vuance Ltd. issued a press release announcing an update regarding Nasdaq’s notification of non-compliance with the continued listing requirements under Listing Rule 5550(b) (formerly Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(3)), and the NASDAQ Listing Qualification Panel’s decision to grant the Company’s request for an extension of time to achieve full compliance with the applicable NASDAQ listing requirements. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
