     This Post-Effective Amendment relates to the Registration Statement on Form S-3 (Registration No. 333-141733), filed on March 30, 2007, pertaining to Debt Securities, Common Stock, Preferred Stock and Warrants to Purchase Debt Securities, Common Stock or Preferred Stock of Visual Sciences, Inc. (formerly known as WebSideStory, Inc.).

     The undersigned Registrant hereby removes and withdraws from registration all securities registered pursuant to this Registration Statement which remain unissued.
