Verigy to Host VOICE 2006; Paper Proposals Accepted until September 20 for First Annual V93000 SOC Series Users Conference

Verigy Ltd. (NASDAQ:VRGY), a premier semiconductor test
company, will host VOICE 2006 December 5 and 6, in Santa Clara, Calif.
Verigy's customers and partners from around the world are invited to
attend the first annual V93000 SOC Series users conference to exchange
information and gain insights to apply to their businesses.
   VOICE 2006 paper submissions are welcomed from V93000 users and
partners with timely insights to share. Abstracts are being accepted
until September 20, 2006 and final papers will be due by Friday,
October 20, 2006.
   "VOICE was established to provide a forum for the growing
international community of Verigy V93000 SOC users and partners to
share their experiences with one another and to interact with Verigy
executives and the V93000 R&D team," said Debbora Ahlgren, Chief
Marketing Officer, Verigy. "This much-anticipated gathering of our
customers, the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers, and our
partner companies will allow for valuable information exchange as well
as networking opportunities."
   VOICE 2006 will provide multiple tracks designed to meet the
varied needs of participants, including technical information on the
latest testing techniques and methodologies, best practices for
enhancing productivity and production-specific presentations.
   VOICE is managed by a steering committee comprising
representatives from Verigy and its customers. This year's steering
committee members represent the following companies: Broadcom Corp.,
Freescale Semiconductor, Intel, ISE Labs Inc., Qualcomm and Verigy.
   Advance registration for VOICE 2006 is available until October 20
for $150.00. After October 20, the cost to register online or at the
event will be $200.00.
