Verigy Receives Back-to-Back Five Star Awards in VLSIresearch's Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey

  Verigy (NASDAQ: VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company, has earned a Five Star Award for the second consecutive year in VLSIresearch's annual Customer Satisfaction Survey on Chip-Making Equipment. Verigy is also the only test equipment provider among the 11 semiconductor equipment companies to win a Five Star Award this year.

Presented annually, VLSIresearch's Five Star Award is based on an equipment supplier's customer satisfaction rankings in six categories: cost of ownership, quality of results, product performance, customer service, technical leadership, and commitment. In five of these six categories, Verigy received a top rating of five stars. The 2010 awards are based on the results of surveys sent to more than 34,000 decision makers at chip-making companies, accounting for 95 percent of the worldwide semiconductor market.
