Verigy (NASDAQ: VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company, announced
the keynote speaker and panelists for VOICE
2008, Verigy’s third annual conference for
its V93000 and V5000 users and partners to be held September 23 and 24,
in San Jose, Calif. at the Dolce
Hayes Mansion. Verigy is proud to have Bill McClean, president of IC
Insights, presenting at VOICE 2008. Bill will assess the major global
forces shaping the IC industry. He will address capital spending trends,
the global business outlook, as well as economic and political triggers
for growth and how they may impact the IC industry. He will project
where the industry will be at the end of 2008, and how to prepare for
2009.
As a separate keynote panel, leading semiconductor test experts will
discuss the technical, economic and organizational challenges in meeting
metrics of time-to-market, time-to-volume and time-to-yield in today’s
complex environment, moderated by industry analyst G. Dan Hutcheson, CEO
of VLSI Research Inc and Director of weSRCH.com. Panelists will be:
Scott Gatzemeier, Probe Section Manager, IMFT/Micron; Raymond Lee, Vice
President of Engineering, Nano Integrated Solutions, Inc., Nano

Bill McClean, president of IC Insights, has more than 25 years of
experience in the IC industry. A well-known influence on market and
technology analysis and forecasting, McClean has a Bachelor of Science
degree in Marketing and an Associate degree in Aviation from the
University of Illinois.
