      Verigy (Nasdaq:VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company, has 
      established the new Verigy Learning Center to provide Verigy customers 
      with online access to Verigy’s training course 
      information. Verigy customers can now login to the Verigy Learning 
      Center anytime to review available training courses and schedules, 
      register for courses and track their personal training histories.

      customers to get vital training to improve their own knowledge and 
      proficiency, and to learn how to maximize the latest features in Verigy

      When registering for courses via the Verigy Learning Center, customers 
      can immediately confirm course availability and register automatically. 
      Verigy customers will receive email notification of their registration 
      status. Online, customers can view details of the class, get a class 
      outline, see prerequisites and get pre-study materials as well as 
      training locations, directions and travel information.
    
    
      Verigy offers extensive applications and system maintenance training 
      courses for the Verigy V93000 SOC Series, the V93000 HSM Series, and the 
      Verigy V5000 memory test systems. Training courses are designed for both 
      new and experienced users to increase their knowledge of Verigy system 
      tools and features and to provide techniques for accelerating test 
      development and strategies for improving test program efficiency and 
      quality.
