American Stock Exchange To Trade Options On Verigy Ltd.

NEW YORK, June 20  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) will launch trading in options on Wednesday, June 21, 2006 on the following NASDAQ Stock Market listed stock of:

* Verigy Ltd. (Option Symbol: UHG/Stock Symbol: VRGY)

Verigy Ltd. options will open with strike prices of 12-1/2 - 15 - 17-1/2 and position limits of 2,500,000 shares.  The options will trade on the February expiration cycle. The specialist will be Trinity Derivatives, LLC. Verigy Ltd. manufactures testing equipment for the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
