      Verigy (NASDAQ:VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company, today 
      announced that ASE Test, one of the largest independent semiconductor 
      testing companies worldwide, has purchased the Verigy 
      Port Scale RF solution for testing its customers’ 
      highly integrated wireless communications devices. ASE Test provides a 
      full range of testing services to integrated device manufacturers (IDMs) 
      and fabless companies around the world. ASE Test selected the Port Scale 
      RF solution for its unique performance, the scalability of the V93000 
      platform, and the broad acceptance of the Verigy platform throughout the 
      distributed semiconductor test and manufacturing ecosystem.
