PLANO, Texas, Oct. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- ViewPoint Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:VPFG) (the "Company"), the holding company for ViewPoint Bank, N.A., today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share.  The cash dividend is payable on November 14, 2014, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 3, 2014.
