Sandler O'Neill & Partners reviewed the performance of the 573 publicly traded banks and thrifts with market capitalization under $2 billion. The SM-All Stars is an elite class of the top performing small cap banks that have out-performed its peers in profitability, growth, credit quality, and capital strength. "We look forward to continuing our performance and maintaining our position on this important list in future years," said Barry L. Hulin, CEO and president of Valley Bancorp.
