French retail to luxury group PPR SA (PP.FR) Friday said it delisted the shares of recently acquired U.S. skate and surf apparel maker Volcom Inc. (VLCM).
MAIN FACTS:
- In connection with the completion of the transaction, Volcom's common stock ceased to be traded on the Nasdaq Stock Market following market close on Thursday, June 23 and will be delisted.
- Volcom has become an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of PPR.
- Detailed instructions will be mailed to former Volcom stockholders who did not tender their shares into the offer outlining the steps to be taken to obtain the merger consideration of $24.50 per share in cash.
