      a provider of veterinary primary care and specialized services to 
      companion animals, today announced that the Company will release 2008 
      second quarter financial results after the close of the market on 
      Thursday, August 14, 2008. Company management will host an investment 
      community conference call on Thursday, August 14, beginning at 5:00 p.m. 
      Eastern Time (4:00 p.m. Central Time) to discuss those results and to
