ALSIP, Ill., Aug. 13  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Universal Automotive
Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ:UVSL) today announced that on Friday, August 20, 2004,
the company will release its 2004 second quarter financial results.  The
company plans to hold a conference call that same day at 9:00 a.m. ET (6:00
a.m. PT, 8:00 a.m. CT.)
