      USI Holdings Corporation (“USI”) 
      (NASDAQ: USIH) today announced that Andrew Catapano has been promoted to 
      President of the Northeast Office. Mr. Catapano joined USI in 2005 as 
      Regional Chief Sales and Marketing Officer from Marsh and McLennan in 
      New York City where he was a Managing Director.
    
    
      Mr. Catapano will be based in Briarcliff Manor, New York and will 
      continue to report to James M. Butler, Regional Chief Executive Officer 
      of the Northeast Region. Through its Northeast Region, USI distributes 
      insurance and financial products and services in Connecticut, New Jersey 
      and New York.
