AgMotion Purchases Third Party Marketing Business From US BioEnergy

MINNEAPOLIS, MN and United BioEnergy Ingredients, LLC ("UBE") from US BioEnergy Corporation (NASDAQ: USBE). AgMotion is a commodity trading and risk management company based in Minneapolis.

UBE provides marketing services for Distillers Grains Products, risk management and group procurement services to its partner plants.
