Umpqua Holdings Announces Quarterly Dividend

Umpqua Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ:UMPQ), the parent company of Umpqua Bank and Umpqua Investments, Inc., today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.16 per common share. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2016, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2015.
